For example, Periscope Pub springs from the submarine Nautilus in '20,000 Leagues Under the Sea' and Skipper Society, an upscale lounge, from the Jungle Cruise ride.

Disney Treasure interiors were revealed today along with the ship's deployment: seven-day eastern and western Caribbean cruises from Port Canaveral. The maiden voyage is set for Dec. 21, 2024, and bookings open this Sept. 12 for Castaway Club members followed by general sales Sept. 20.
'Our palace on the sea'
'Disney Wish was our castle on the sea and Disney Treasure is our palace on the sea,' said Pam Rawlins, executive producer, Walt Disney Imagineering.
Adding a sixth ship enables more destinations and more variety and keeps loyalists coming back, Sharon Siskie, SVP and general manager, Disney Cruise Line, told Seatrade Cruise News.
'Disney Wish launched on shorter cruises. On a seven-day cruise you get more time to explore. And when you think of the theme of adventure, it's all about that exploration and time on board.'
DCL has had a heavy presence in the Bahamas and will continue to add capacity there, Siskie said, with new private destination Lighthouse Point — opening in 2024 — 'integral to our growth strategy.' This will expand on the line's popular Castaway Cay.
The Grand Hall, a 'wow' moment, according to DCL's Sharon Siskie
Of the new spaces on Disney Treasure, Siskie's personally most excited about the Grand Hall and the new family dining spot Plaza de Coco.
Aladdin-themed Grand Hall
The Grand Hall, where passengers embark, is reminiscent of 'Aladdin's' enchanted Arabian desert city of Agrabah. Renderings show a monumental golden chandelier hanging over a midnight blue carpet flecked with splashes of color and depicting elephants, jewels, stars and lotus flowers. Aladdin and Jasmine on their flying carpet are captured in bronze beside the sweeping staircase.
'The Grand Hall is such a "wow" moment,' Siskie said, with its influences of Asia and Africa and the Aladdin touch. 'It is so compelling and fun. It's going to be gorgeous — elegant, but it's going to feel really Disney.'
Shows, character interactions and musical performances will take place there.
New Plaza de Coco family dining venue
Another of Siskie's favorite spots is Plaza de Coco, a new family-themed restaurant based on the Disney and Pixar film 'Coco,' with Miguel and his familia gathering in Mariachi Plaza for music and dancing. The menu will offer modern twists on traditional Mexican fare.

'We got really excited about the music, the colors, the energy of what you could do in a dining experience that's set in a theater in the round,' Siskie said. 'The energy and fun the kids will have is going to be a real highlight. That story is all about family. So to be able to sit at that table with your family, and having families all around, is going to be wonderful.
Plaza de Coco is located in the spot Arendelle (from 'Frozen') occupies on Disney Wish.
It joins the rotational dining program along with Worlds of Marvel and 1923, both from Disney Wish. Because Treasure will sail weeklong cruises, two shows each are being created for Plaza de Coco and Worlds of Marvel. Look for Spider-Man to appear in the high-tech Marvel restaurant.
And in the upscale 1923, named for the founding year of Walt Disney Animation Studios, artwork from modern and classic animated films will pick up the adventure theme. Once again, 1923's menu offers California fusion cuisine.
New adults areas Periscope Pub and Skipper Society
Periscope Pub is inspired by Disney’s 1954 film '20,000 Leagues Under the Sea' and the Disney Parks attraction that was open at Walt Disney World from 1971 to 1994. In a venue reminiscent of the fantastical Nautilus submarine, patrons will dive into the mythical depths of uncharted oceans and take a look at the watery world through a glass ceiling.
Periscope Pub is located in the space occupied by Keg & Compass on Disney Wish and will feature the latest sports games, craft brews and light bites.
Skipper Society recalls the Jungle Cruise ride at Disney parks
Skipper Society offers a refined interpretation of the Jungle Cruise attraction at Disney parks around the globe. Beneath a tangle of foliage and with camp-style furnishings, accompanied by sly tributes to the dry-witted skippers who lead tours across treacherous Jungle Cruise waterways, this lounge will have an elevated yet playful atmosphere.
Skipper Society is found where Bayou is located on Disney Wish and will serve themed cocktails and light snacks.
Sarabi
A recreation of the space called Luna on Disney Wish, Sarabi aboard Disney Treasure is named for the lioness matriarch from Disney’s 'The Lion King.' Decked out in design touches reflecting the African savanna, this multipurpose lounge will be a central hub for daytime family activities such as games and competitions.

New show TBA for Walt Disney Theatre
The 1,274-seat Walt Disney Theatre will stage fan favorite shows 'Beauty and the Beast' and 'Disney Seas the Adventure.'
Plus, a new Broadway-style production created for Disney Treasure is to be announced.
From 'Zootopia'
Disney Treasure's sweet shop is inspired by the ice cream parlor from the animal metropolis in 'Zootopia.' Jumbeaux’s Sweets (in place of Inside Out: Joyful Sweets' on Disney Wish) will have pink interiors, Victorian-style architecture and a sculpture of 'Zootopia' Officer Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde.
It will serve more than 20 flavors of handmade gelato, 16 ice creams and sorbets, specialty treats and candies.
Adventure-themed accommodations
Of Disney Treasure's 1,256 staterooms, 70% (948) have verandas and most feature DCL's split-bath configuration with a tub/shower.
They'll all sport an adventure theme, according to DCL's Gary LaTouche, director, hotel operations, with each deck featuring a different motif such as Jungle Cruise, 'Aladdin' and 'The Lion King' infused in the artwork.
There are 53 concierge staterooms and 23 concierge suites with access to a private sun deck and a concierge lounge serving complimentary food and drinks all day. The suites' interiors are inspired by 'The Lion King.'
A Raja Royal Suite
The four Royal Suites are feline-themed, named for iconic Disney cats Bagheera, the black panther from 'The Jungle Book,' and Raja, the tiger from 'Aladdin.'
EPCOT-inspired Tomorrow Tower Suite
As on Disney Wish, there's a Tower Suite tucked inside the ship's forward funnel.
Disney Treasure's Tomorrow Tower Suite is inspired by EPCOT 'and all the possibilities of tomorrow,' Rawlins said, as expressed in the artwork, lighting and architectural details.
The two-story suite sprawls across 2,000 square feet and sleeps eight, with spaces to play, a full kitchen and vast views.
Returning areas for youngsters
Oceaneer Club is packed with areas reprised from Disney Wish including Marvel Super Hero Academy, Fairytale Hall, Walt Disney Imagineering Lab, Star Wars: Cargo Bay and Mickey and Minnie Captain’s Deck.
Tweens and teens get their own hangouts: Vibe and Edge.
Returning family areas and open decks
Hero Zone, a sports and recreation venue for physical challenges and game show-style competitions, returns.
The Wonderland and Never Land Cinemas will screen first-run films from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm and more.
Disney Treasure's upper decks have three districts for fun water activities plus quick and casual dining options. Seven pools are staggered over tiered decks, with plenty of deck chairs to go around.
Mickey's Festival of Foods returns with its casual, poolside stands offering fare from barbecue to Mexican to ice cream.
Thrill ride AquaMouse has a new storyline on Disney Treasure
Suspended high above, the thrill ride AquaMouse brings a new storyline, 'Curse of the Golden Egg,' that follows Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse on a zany misadventure into an ancient temple laden with booby traps.
Returning adults' areas
Returning adults' areas include the Quiet Cove, a peaceful refuge for lounging, sipping and soaking with an infinity pool, bar and cafe.
Senses Spa is back with its private treatment rooms, lavish spa villas, and steam and aromatherapy rooms, while Senses Fitness with its exercise and wellness facilities is reimagined.
Adult dining choices once again feature Palo Steakhouse, combining Italian specialties with modern steakhouse fare. Enchanté by Chef Arnaud Lallement, the most luxurious dining experience on Disney Treasure, has interiors evoking Lumiere from 'Beauty and the Beast.' The Rose is a chic lounge at the entrance of Palo and Enchanté.

They bring the experience to life, according to Siskie, who said DCL hasn't had issues sourcing seafarers after the pandemic and during a period of industry growth.
'Our brand is so well-known around the world,' she said. 'We take a broad approach. We like to have a wide variety of nationalities on board. There's still a real desire to work for Disney Cruise Line. We've been very fortunate because I believe we get the best of the best.'
'Big moment'
Introducing Disney Treasure is 'a big moment for us,' Siskie continued. 'We've come through a difficult period as an industry and to be able to launch the Wish so incredibly successfully and have such great guest satisfaction scores and happy crew, and to be able to come on the heels with a wonderful ship to follow that's a sister but done in a uniquely different way, it's generating a lot of excitement amongst our cast and crew.'
