Neil Palomba Consulting recently formed partnerships with both Italian mattress manufacturer Matermoll and AA+G Hospitality Management, which supports upscale and luxury independent hotels across Europe.
Ryan Stana, chairman and CEO of RWS Global, which produces live experiences, remarked, ‘...His bank of knowledge and experience in the cruise industry will be invaluable as we expand our offerings at sea and dive deeper into the market.’
Areas of responsibility
Palomba brings to RWS Global more than two decades of cruise industry experience, having held senior executive positions at Carnival Cruise Line – where he served as EVP and COO – and prior to that as president of Costa Cruises and executive roles at MSC Cruises.
At RWS Global, he will collaborate closely with the team to expand their design models and entertainment experiences into their sea division, plus identify opportunities for sustained growth, and work to enhance the guest experience.
